Parenting Workshop to Learn in a Group Setting

Katy Cares, Inc. introduced a new workshop series named the “My Child’s Development” Workshop. This two-hour workshop is designed to provide parents with an opportunity to learn more about parenting, together with other parents, where everyone will have an opportunity to ask questions, participate and share their experiences.

The first session will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church across from Hutsell Elementary School on Saturday. November 12, 2022 from 10:00 am to Noon. The address is 5373 Franz Road, Katy, Texas 77493.

“My Child’s Development” Workshop

This two-hour workshop will:

Help you to think differently about the most important development milestones in your child’s/children’s life.
Help you to apply the lessons you have learned as a parent.
Help you to understand how to effectively engage with your child/children during a specific phase.
Help you to build and sustain a healthier relationship with your child/children.
Introduce you to the basics of child development that is taking place at specific ages.
Guide you to better understand how the overall social and emotional development of your child/children can impact your relationship.
